You may be familiar with the concept of Web 2.0, and, although there are a multitude of definitions out there, the underlying factor is that it is user (consumer) driven - buyers expect their online experience to be highly interactive with a huge amount of informational content. Buyer's Agents, being a part of the consumer dynamic, also have the same expectations. Accompanying these expectations is a massive movement toward, and appreciation of, "green marketing".
